Originally from Long Island, Charlie Tyrrel, owner of Charlie T’s Pizzeria, moved to Wyoming in the late 70s after visiting friends here and falling in love with the landscape. He did a myriad of jobs: painter, contractor, newspaper man, pilot, before deciding to branch out into the food service industry in 2006.
He started with pizza, of course, starting and running a couple of different restaurants along the way.
“It’s always been pizza,” Charlie said.
The current Charlie T’s Pizzeria in Casper has been in business since 2012 and has gone through enough growth to require a larger location. What makes a small pizzeria successful in a town like Casper?
It’s the personal attention we give to our customers!
“Living in Wyoming,” Charlie says, is the part of him that makes owning Charlie T’s Pizzeria enjoyable. He loves getting to know people.
